- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Organization-approved workplace violence training or obtain within 6 months of hire.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support or Emergency Nurses’ Association Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course card.
- CCRN or CEN certification - preferred.
- Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) card - preferred.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field - preferred.
- Specialty certification in area of responsibility - preferred.
- Five years experience in acute care hospital in past 10 years.
- Two years of managerial or leadership experience in past 5 years.
- Oregon license.
- ACLS.
- BLS.
- CEN
- TNCC.
- BLS (AHA).
- ACLS (AHA).
